Kat recently tweeted about the Acropolis not quite making the grade during a health department inspection. I’ve always wondered how well kept some of the kitchens are in some of the clubs. It seems that most of the clubs do a pretty good job of keeping the place clean. Some seem to be a bit lower than others. There were a couple of interesting notes. Lure got busted for making food at the manager’s house and bringing it into the club. I wonder how the inspector discovered that. Either it was sitting in the manager’s car or somebody tattled on them. I was really surprise to see Star’s Cabaret got a 75 in a previous inspection. That’s down at the bottom with the Acropolis.
